Session & Purchase Policies
By booking photography services with Us, You are granted a personal-use license only for the images delivered.
* Deposits: A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date. No session is considered booked until the retainer is paid.
* Payments: Remaining balances must be paid as outlined in your signed client contract.
* Rescheduling/Cancellation: Sessions may be rescheduled with reasonable notice and subject to availability. Deposits are non-refundable.
You may not reproduce, sell, or alter any images delivered for commercial purposes without written permission and/or the purchase of a commercial license.
Your Communications
Any communications made through Our contact form, email, social media, blog comments, or newsletter sign-up are not held privileged or confidential and are subject to viewing by third parties.
We reserve the right to republish any submission in whole or in part as reasonably necessary in the course of Our business. You agree not to submit any unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate content.
